News on GG’s car: the insurance adjuster wasn’t able to get out to see it yesterday, so if he comes today they probably won’t be able to work on it until tomorrow, which means he’ll be without a car at least over the weekend. Ugh. He thought it was going to just be a day or two, so he spent a little extra over what his insurance covers and rented a Dodge Magnum (which even he admits is a little too long for him). Now he has to go back and exchange it for the free car, which is a Chevrolet Aveo.
Tonight I’m going to make us taco salad for dinner – with lettuce, ground beef, beans, onion, and cheese. Mine will also have tomato, avocado, and sour cream, but GG doesn’t like any of those ingredients. I’m sure he’ll add some hot sauce to his. Then, we’ll be going to a bar in Wilmington, DE, to see Reverend Bob Levy, a comedian from the Howard Stern show. GG’s gone to see him several times before, and is so excited that I agreed to go to this show with him. I hope I’m not sorry…
